For Sale 1947-49 General Electric TV model 800 "Locomotive" in bakelite case. See the links below for pictures. This one looks better than the one in the museum's page. The bakelite needs light polishing but has no cracks or chips that I can see. The cabinet back does not fit tightly to the bezel. Apparently there were lips molded into the edge of the alignment tabs that have broken off over time. So the cabinet back will have to be held tight some other way. This set has original knobs and a good looking front grille. It is a perfect candidate for restoration and collection. The channel dial covers channels 2 through 13.
