Hi Eddy
I've been reading all about the receiver. If you write up what
you want to say about the whole thing I will post it all with the
pictures on my website with a full folder dedicated to the project.

Subject: [AMRadio] 1929-Style SUPERHET RECEIVER...

Hi Everybody...

Many thanks to all who've taken the time to direct kind words of
encouragement re. my recently-completed project---much appreciated!

As it turns out, I WILL, indeed, have access to a digital camera this
weekend: anyone who has asked for them SHALL receive a bunch of photos
through the e-mail on either Saturday, or Sunday...

I've also compiled a list of answers to specific questions asked by
everyone
as to the design of this thing, what inspired me to build it,
etc.---this
will be included with the photo attachments.
I'll send out everything to everyone in one big, blanket e-mail, due to
the
sheer volume of interest shown in this thing. If it takes TWO separate
mailings to prevent servers from "giving up" (Hi), so be it!

If the effort might inspire even one single, solitary homebrewer to
finally
"...come out of the closet" with soldering iron & Handbook in hand, it
WILL
have been worth all the while! Hi Hi.

Now...please stay tuned...

~73!~ Eddy VE3CUI - VE3XZ

PS: Yes, it WOULD have been MUCH simpler were I to post everything on a
separate web site, but I can't even PRETEND to be that
computer-savvy---after all, it should be obvious by now that my head
(and my
heart!) is still stuck in the Roarin' Twenties! :>)
