I've got some 24ga wire.  I could chuck-up a screw into a ceramic insulator,
and use a drill motor to wind it on.  Use a VariAC to control the drill motor
speed...

Finally confirmed who got it, and it went in an SB-221 amp that I traded him
an AF-68 for.  (The amp needed work, and tubes)
