Now, just *where* have I heard THAT before? (BIG GRIN!) For those who don't know, John and his wife, Vickie, run a sucessful computer SERVICE shop, near Houston. When no one else in town will touch a system to FIX it, as opposed to the "easier" way out of Selling the customer a new sytem, John and Vickie 'make it happen'.
