John, I don't think Don was attacking W directly at all.
Rather, I beleive his observations would be appropriately directed to any of semi-consious, puppet automatons in the White house who may have supported or now supports legislation harmful to out hobby. Any of them would be subject to scrutiny and possible derision. IMHO the semi-consious, puppet automatons began reign on or about 1980 and have stayed there since regardless of party affiliation. It seems that prior to the 1980 threshold the office of the president was something to be respected and revered. Slowly, the position has degraded and been worn down by political correctness, whining wacko liberals and their causes. Big business interests from the other extreme are continuing to drive in coffin nails and respect for the office slowly withers. Do either of the candidates actually care about anything except themselves?? I really doubt it. And if that guy Nader drops in at the last minute lets buy him a Corvair.
