Perhaps President Bush is not fully aware of the implications of
BPL upon not only amateur communications but military users of
spectrum.
Might it not be appropriate to write a polite and respectful
letter to him and briefly explain it, you know, executive summary
style.
Then include URLs to websites which have the videos demonstrating
the interference. These would serve as reference material.
If he might have someone check it out, perhaps he might think
again about the advice he has received concerning BPL.
