Hi Don, I am not a welder either, but know a former FAA certified welder who does some piece work in retirement. He has done several repair jobs for me and I have no complaints about his work. He has a full shop in his garage. I would be willing to show him a drawing and get an estimate. I have no idea if he would be willing to take it on as a mass project. I guess it would depend on the number needed and how soon.
