I have encountered a bulb that I have never seen before. Does anyone recoginze the T-792 bulb? If so does anyone have the specs?

I found the extra 4-1000 socket. It is aluminum and has the port for air. Best offer over $65. and I will throw in the shelf that holds two 4-1000's. Joe W4AAB
