Frankly speaking I view Mr. Powells resignation as a step forward for Amateur Radio and rational management of the frequency spectrum.
His inability to accept basic fundamentals and the interelationship between of services as it relates to new technology inside the existing spectrum was visible by all. I wish him well in the future and look forward to a new FCC Chair who will hopefully be more technically astute and rational when it comes to the service we Hams enjoy. > From: "Mike Duke, K5XU" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Date: 2005/01/21 Fri PM 05:30:10 EST > To: "Discussion of AM Radio" <[email protected]> > Subject: [AMRadio] FCC Chair Resigns > > By the time you see this, it may be old news to most of you. > > Here is the link to his statement via the FCC Daily Digest.' > > > Mike Duke, K5XU > American Council of Blind Radio Amateurs > > STATEMENT OF FCC CHAIRMAN MICHAEL K.
