The 51J series use the 70E-15 PTO, which tunes 2.0 - 3.0 MC.
The only other Collins PTOs that tune 2.0 - 3.0 MC, are the
70E-2 (ARR-15 & 51H), and the 70E-7A (75A-1). But, all the
specs (Fil, B+, Output Voltage, etc.) are different, so these
could not sub for a 70E-15.
The T-195 uses the 70H-3 PTO, which covers 1.5 - 3.0 MC.
(And all of its specs are different from the 70E-15).
