Yagi got most of the credit, but Uda did all the work. Uda was a student of
Yagi's.Seems like their work was out in 1928. Several refinements (the Quad
by Clarence Moore-1942) and VHF long-boom(Kmosko-Johnson from 1956) but no
real advancements past that.Even the 8JK was from the '30's.
