[AMRadio] ID Needed

I have a modulaton transformer that has the marking BX 2911.  It has a 
slanted top, four threaded bolts for chassis mounting and is encased in oil. 
Approximate dimensions are about 9 x 6 x 8 inches.  Solder terminals mounted 
on ceramic insulators.  No doubt from a military unit.

Any having information on this transformer, please respond.
