Dan the segments are:

28.0 - 28.5 MHz
28.5 - 29.0 MHz
29.0 - 29.5 MHz
29.5 - 30.0 MHz

They are set by 4 little crystals. Sometimes CB ops will
have hacked these out and put something else in there
for the 11m band or worse yet the illegal "free band"
between 11m and 10m.
