EXACTLY! When the list is set up the old way, hitting either REPLY or REPLY-ALL in MS-Outlook does exactly the same thing--it replies only to the list. The only way to reply to the individual is to go back into the original e-mail, copy the individual's e-mail address out of it, go back to your reply and paste the individual's e-mail address over top of the list name--not too convenient.
