I'm in Portland, Maine right now on business --- will be heading out
toward the Toronto, Ontario area for home in about an hour (9:30 AM
EDST)...
I brought my Radio Shack HTX-10 ten meter transceiver with me, &
I'll be
checking the band peridically during the course of my 12 hour drive.
Listen for me on the repeaters, & the 29.0-MHz calling frequency.
The band
was open just a little on the way down to Maine on Sunday, but it's
beenflat ever since...
If one of you fellows could post my presence on the AM Reflector, I'd
appreciate it! I can't access it to leave messages whenever I'm
away from
my home computer --- can read the messages only! If you could put
out the
ord re. my availability, it might just open up my potential to be
heardthat much more! Hi Hi.

Will be listening to 29.000....
I was able to bring up the DFW repeater on 29.660,
so the band is open to Tejas, at least...
