For Sale: National SW-3s and One Doghouse Supply I have 2 SW-3's to sell and one power supply between them.
1) One is the earliest version with a pair of 35 tubes and a 27. It has been tested by me and works. It looks great on the outside but has some light surface rust inside. This has a set of SWL coils that have been modified to be bandspread on 40 meters. The coil mod is well done--only an expert would notice it. It could probably be easily reversed--but why? $270 2) Two is a later version with 2 57 tubes and a 27. It looks great inside and out but the power cord has been replaced with a rubber one. Untested but probably will come up just fine. This has an original 63A 40 meters bandspread coil set with it. $295 The power supply is the correct National doghouse for the SW-3. I will only sell it with one of the radios unless they both sell first without it. It looks to be in very good original condition, but I have not tested it. $130 with either radio above.
