Flagpoles are readily available - you may even want to investigate the
possibility of light stands at some Mall that has closed. There must be
many of them available if someone could just take them down.

Ebay often has fiberglass ones, and longer than 30 feet.
They are a temp setup though, a nice flag pole might
be better, but where do you get flag poles?
