You might consider a HI-POT tester for that instead, Rick.  You can
find them on ePay from time to time at a fairly good price.  Without
applying actual test voltage to that iron, a megger will lead you to a
false positive.

I would like to get one myself, however it's one of those things you
don't use that often and gathers dust.
