Hello, If that type of arcing happens often when lines are switched it could explain the very high energy wide band sustained noise bursts that I have seen on the spectral display. Clearly not atmospheric or lightning. Those have a very distinct signature and are not near as sustained. The bursts sound pretty much the same as they did acoustically in the video.
