I simply use Windows Paint with WD4NKA's TubePAD bitmap symbols - works really nice for simple drawings. You draw lines, circles, etc as usual in Pain t, and use "Paste-As" to bring in the TubePAD schematic symbols. I try other more elaborate systems but so far I keep coming back to this method for quick and clean drawings on any computer I find myself on.
