Well I didn't see any questions against my premise that the complaints about poor operating posted on another site had to do with the people, not the region they come from. Any distinguishing features are incidental, and not the purpose of the complaint. Since the conversation has now moved elsewhere, I consider that part of this discussion resolved. Paul/VJB
