Todd I agree...I never look down at anyone who wants something and is willing to pay for it...I sold Joe a HF-380 and asked premium and received premium but would have kept it otherwise. Joe is buying in order to set up a Museum someday and all of his gear is operational... >From what I understand it is all tested on a monthly basis...Trying to keep our heritage alive and that is good...

I figure it all boils down to how badly you want something, really. More power to Joe for having the dough and not being timid about using it. For all the carping the few have done over the years about how much Joe 'ACU bids on some items, I've often wonder how many, in the same financial position, wouldn't do the same? ~ Todd, KA1KAQ ______________________________________________________________ AMRadio mailing list List Rules (must read!): http://w5ami.net/amradiofaq.html List Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/amradio Partner Website: http://www.amfone.net Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.html Post: mailto:[email protected] To unsubscribe, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word unsubscribe in the message body. ______________________________________________________________ AMRadio mailing list List Rules (must read!): http://w5ami.net/amradiofaq.html List Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/amradio Partner Website: http://www.amfone.net Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.html Post: mailto:[email protected] To unsubscribe, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word unsubscribe in the message body.
