I've liquidated quite a few estates (including ham radio operators) over
the years. It is usually a burden on the heirs and when things do get
sold, it is for pennies on the dollar. I am trying to cut a few losses
and maybe get 50 cents on the dollar and save my heirs the trouble of
dealing with it.
As for my health, I don't want to go into details. However, the long
term prognosis is probably not very good.
