I totally agree, Mike. "Press one for English" in my number one pet peeve!
Rick/K5IAR Whew...squeaked by another crazy proposal... The FCC would have to write the rules in Spanish if they tested in that language. I myself am a proponent of 'if you live here, learn the language'. I wouldn't expect some foreign country to cater to English if I moved there.
