The SB-620 is a PAN Adapter. The HO-10 is just a monitor scope. The SB-610 or SB-614 is an improved version of the HO-10. The HO-10 is reputed to have a weak power transformer. The HV winding in the HO-10 fails and there is no commercial replacement. But an outboard power supply ca be used.
