It is my honest intention to completely ignore any "New" IARU bandplans that infringe or reduce any existing plans. Our RAC proposed bandplan, "RAC Draft HF Band Plan (July 8, 2007)" http://www.rac.ca/service/RAC_Draft_HF_Band_PlanR1.pdf is good enough for me.
