For Sale: The last and best of the Sprague TO-line of capacitor testers. This one looks great and works well. The cap value dial control must be a bit dirty because the eye tube jumps a bit when the dial is turned. But this does not affect the accurate operation of this unit at all. Bright eye tube. Great for reforming caps--just hook up the cap, and increase the voltage while watching the current meter, keeping it under 1ma until full working voltage is reached or exceeded. The leather handle is falling apart--otherwise this has great cosmetics. I think I have the manual. Test leads included. PayPal is best. But check or MO also works. $100 shipped to your door.
