It is important to keep in mind that ARRL "Section Managers" are not
our representatives to the League - they are the head of the local area
(section) operating activities such as the National Traffic System.
The folks to whom you should complain are the "Directors" which each
represent an ARRL Division. They are the on the board of the ARRL and
should be controlling policy of the organization.
