Once you type the text of the e-mail, it isn't difficult to copy the body of
the message to Word or simply .txt, add the appropriate headers and
signatures, print it, put it in an envelope and send it is a letter.
Following up an e-mail with a letter impresses the recipient with the
importance you attach to the message and they will be more inclined to
consider what you had to say.
