That is my experience with the Kobitone 25k element from Mouser. It was worth what I paid. I bought 3 with the idea of "refreshing" my 3 D104's. Although each of the D104's original elements sound differently they still have better sound then the new Kobitone elements. Bob's idea about the Heil make sense. You get what you pay for.
