I have a mod reactor from an RCA BTA-1R1. I think it's 50 hy @ 600 ma. It has some surface rust on the exposed metal, and some of the paper on the outside edges of the winding has separated at the top in bottom, leaving gaps between the paper wraps. I want to get the surface rust off, and fill in the paper gaps and repaint this thing. What would be a good material to dope up these gaps in the paper before I repaint it?
