I just happened to notice that the Hallicrafters SX-115 has an AM mode (this
Rx is used on vintage SSB nets and general ragchewing with a HT-32A and
NCL-2000) but you have to select which sideband you want. AM sounds just
fine either way except for the restricted bandwidth.
Ive not tried the HT-32 on AM yet but the 17-25W DSB rating will drive the
NCL-2000 just fine.
