Regarding RCA (and especially Collins) transmitters
for ham use:
Chuck, J S Sellmeyer Jack is a broadcast engineer here in Dallas and has
a couple of those RCA's and knows more about that transmitter then
anyone I know. His call sighn is AD5VO but his e mail is not listed.
Googling reveals his correct e-mail address:

He is on a business trip right now and should be back
in Dallas by May 12th or so.
