I have a converted BC1G on 75 meters...See ER this month. Man let me tell you from also an X Broadcasters point of View it is a ball to run. Nice thing about the GATES that the Collins and RCA do not have is that you can get about 130% positive peaks with no problem at all... You remember in broadcast loudest station on the dial LOL They were all Gates HI !!!
