I need a Simpson Model 29 (4 1/2") panel meter with a 1 ma dc movement. It is to replace a bad one used in an old Sylvania tube tester. I would swap the meter faces to keep the Sylvania one in the tester. I could use one with a lower value, say 50ua, by adding a shunt. Not sure what I could do with one that had a 100ma or 1 amp FS value; are these something like 50 ua movements with shunt built in? Thanx, Jack
