and remember to notify the FAA about it.  BTW, they were very good to deal
with when our tower was not in compliance. Gave us PLENTY of time to fix the
12 foot overage. (yes I won the arguement that an antenna 12 ft above a 200
ft tower makes it 212ft but decided "I told you so" was a lousy idea <g>)
We weren't require to light nor paint it tho that could have changed in 10
years.
