Bob, Not long ago one could find some A.M. life on 7290 during the mid day until late afternoon here in the southeast. But as of late, nothing there but ssb or FBC. Maybe we just need to put the word out and all start calling every now and then on 7290 again. Would seem to be about the only way for things to get going again. 20meters would be fun also, with a bigger path of the country involved, we just got to start making noise again ! Best 73's

I was "bitched" at a time or two but since I got there "first", I ignored such things. Extra's suffer from high power but less of the time due to a smaller group. 7190 sounds good but I dont know who lives there now ?? Bear in mind that (apparently) reception, in your part of the world, is much less than say here in the flatlands or behind the "codfish curtain". Do you hear any Russians on AM ?? Good Luck OM DE K0NG (ex Spokanite familiar with less signals).. ______________________________________________________________ Our Main Website: http://www.amfone.net AMRadio mailing list Searchable Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ List Rules (must read!): http://w5ami.net/amradiofaq.html List Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/amradio Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.html Post: mailto:[email protected] To unsubscribe, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word unsubscribe in the message body. ______________________________________________________________ Our Main Website: http://www.amfone.net AMRadio mailing list Searchable Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ List Rules (must read!): http://w5ami.net/amradiofaq.html List Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/amradio Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.html Post: mailto:[email protected] To unsubscribe, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word unsubscribe in the message body.
