Try 7195 as an alternative.
It seems these frequencies will probably be regional.

Unfortunately, there seems to be a WAS net seems to meet on 7.188 MHz LSB in
the mornings anyway. This totally tears up 7.190 when they are on.
Just thought I'd pass along my observations... they have been meeting there
for years too.
