Ashtabula Bill ALWAYS qualifies!  (I didn't say
that either!)

A two holer 4-1000 final would manage in BOTH
categories.  Happen to have a pole pig that does
4800VDC with 120VAC in.  (Yep, got diode strings
for it.)  Hee Hee!
