This can happened when someone selects the "Reply All" button.
rather than the "Reply" button. When you select "Reply All", you
will see two like entries in the TO field and both are the same, the
board address.
This board is different than others in the addressing of Reply and
Reply All.
That addresses when you receive 2, but for 3 I don't know.
