I routinely use the 3 kc mechanical filter in my 51J4 to listen to AM and if someone is off-frequency by more than a few hundred cycles I have to reach up and retune the receiver. I think it a courteous thing to do to be on-frequency. Surely it isn't all that difficult. - Jim WB6BLD ______________________________________________________________ Our Main Website: http://www.amfone.net AMRadio mailing list Searchable Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ List Rules (must read!): http://w5ami.net/amradiofaq.html List Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/amradio Post: [email protected] To unsubscribe, send an email to [email protected] with the word unsubscribe in the message body.
