Y'all, Tim, JR3TVH, has been trying to work the US from his QTH in Osaka, Japan, on 40 meters AM. I understand that Tim is working around 7160 +/- QRM starting at 1200Z. It would help if some of you folks on the west coast with a good signal and antenna looked for him.
