Well, the Heathkit manuals were withdrawn in the interest of fair play.  The 
entire copyright was PURCHASED for a considerable sum of money.  They are 
still available but you have to purchase them now and they are certainly 
fairly priced!  I don't know if that site you mention can legally provide 
them as I believe the copyright is a world wide system and I believe it
