The M-1070 will power both with appropriate cables.  I don't know any easy way 
to increase the ratio on the tuning on them.  Pretty well stuck with what is 
there unless you would want to mount an external vernier dial on the existing 
control shaft.  Have not seen that done, but doesn't mean it could not be done.
