You are saying that RR *won't* permit files of those types be transferred? If I have that right, RR is whacked and you need to find another ISP. Apologies to RR right now if I got that wrong. The first and most stupid suggestion would be to rename a .exe file to .x or something, upload it and then rename it remotely. Another alternative would be to get ssh for Windows (thats what you use, I think?) and use the "sftp" encrypted ftp to move things. It is slower, however than a normal insecure ftp.
