Also tried the same experiment as Mike via PCSat-2.  Seems ages ago!

No two way contact but I received a listeners report from the Netherlands
with a copy of the transmitted data.

Sounds interesting - but PSK-31 and Doppler may be problematic - will this 
be a linear transponder or... ?
