I'm still getting 404'ed when I try to go to ultimatecharger.com, but thanks to LeRoy, KD8BXP, I was able to get the info I needed on the controller from cached pages at http://web.archive.org/web/20070524034301/www.ultimatecharger.com/. It looks like they have most of his info from the "Dishes for Amateurs" pages, including the links that were embedded within the pages.
