Hello Piet, The real question to ask is what the current draw of the ARR mast mounted preamplifier with internal relays will be, and if the Kenwood TS-2000 can source that current.
Others can comment as to the Kenwood's capability, but you can measure the current draw of the ARR. I suspect the Kenwood may not be rated for that current and either an external DC injector is needed to put DC on the coax or other wiring direct to the ARR is needed. A sequencer could be used to source the current and under MIC PTT control would properly turn it off during TX.
