Minor emergency: the "Bare NASA (2-line) format elements page" appears to be
truncated:
http://www.amsat.org/amsat/ftp/keps/current/nasabare.txt
This in turn means that my beloved GoSatWatch software is no-worky!
Who fixes these things?
