The inverting part is done manual by selecting an other modulation. (would be nice if that was also programmable together with ctcss) But when you have a sat like DO-64 when rx goes up tx should go down this wil have influence on the main slider when this is used, but there is no way to select this when creating a frequency in the repeater/split linear part.
